This past weekend I finally found time to launch this community forum.  I have spent countless hours conversing with users using conventional email.  Now I look forward to conversing with users via this forum.

Over the coming days I will anonymously add to the forum highlights from previous email correspondence with users.  This will allow the broader community to benefit from the information.
