First of all I am sorry that you are experiencing a problem while using Categorize Plus. In order for me to assist you more effectively, it will help if you can send me a support request from inside Categorize Plus. This will send an email to
support@veranosoft.com and will append the Categorize Plus settings files along with any error logs that may have been created. This might help me to further understand what is causing the problem.
To send these files, you must first start Outlook, and after Outlook has started, then you must enable Categorize Plus. Immediatly after Categorize Plus is enabled, then from the Categorize Plus drop down menu, please select Categorize -> Tools -> About Categorize Plus. This will open the About Categorize Plus Dialog. Once this dialog opens, then please select the “Email Support” button.
Once I recieve the files, then I will attempt to understand what may be causing the problem.
